General Questions

Sensitivity testing helps identify reactions to common irritants in food, environment, and hormones. Our approach looks at how the body interacts with specific irritants.  We use advanced assessments to detect sensitivities and create targeted care plans to restore balance and relieve symptoms.

Traditional allergy tests detect immediate immune responses (IgE reactions), while our sensitivity testing focuses on delayed and non-IgE reactions that may contribute to chronic discomfort, inflammation, or imbalances.

Our ALTER method is designed to reset the body's response to sensitivities, rather than just managing symptoms. Through non-invasive acupoint light-therapy and neutral re-exposition to irritants, we help the body adapt and build long-term resilience, often leading to lasting relief.

Unlike allergy shots or medications that suppress symptoms, our approach targets the root cause by helping the body naturally recalibrate its reaction to irritants. It is gentle, non-invasive, and drug-free, focusing on long-term adaptation rather than temporary relief. For allergy treatment, see your medical doctor.

All our team members are registered naturopaths, trained in sensitivity assessment and the ALTER method. They specialize in holistic wellness and natural sensitivity reset techniques, ensuring you receive expert, personalized care.

Registered naturopaths take a whole-body approach to sensitivities, focusing on natural adaptation and long-term relief rather than just symptom management. Their expertise ensures that each care session is tailored to your individual needs for optimal results. Additionally, you will receive a receipt for naturopathic services, which can generally be submitted to your health insurance for reimbursement, depending on your provider and coverage.
